A Bolt Threading Machine is utilized for creating external threads on job. The machine operates via the chasing method which is employed for threading the bolts. High grade HSS Tangential Chasers are used for the cutting job. The job remains static and it is only the die head that swiftly rotates and produces super-fine threads. - Bed or Pillar Type Clamping Vice
- Head Stock
Head stock: This part provides contended rigidity and is also responsible for providing alignment with the carriage ways. Only genuine grade shaven alloy steel is used for fabricating this part and the shafts are designed of heated alloy steel that leads to its durability.
Pillar bed: Rigid in built, this bed is smooth and offers operative convenience to users. The carriage is directed using chrome plated pillars. Proper guards are attached to the carriages.
Saddle: The saddle stands on two pillars where it smoothly runs
Apron: This part is responsible for giving momentum to the saddle with head transfer. The process is done on well-designed steel rack & rigid arrangements. The gears are designed in supreme grade steel.
Vice jaws: These are fabricated in best quality alloy steel, are properly fitted on the saddle and stay well aligned with the head stock center that it again fitted in a box type vice. These heat treated jaws are durable and their movement can be regulated by a screw on the saddle.
