Outer Prop Welding Machine is a specially engineered machinery finding application in welding base plate with pipe and sleeve. Such welding ensures there is no joint between the parts and there is maximum accuracy in the product. Outer prop is used in conjunction with the Inner prop & base jack for making a structure.

This system operates on circular welding that is done on both base plate with pipe and pipe with the threaded sleeve from both the positions.  This leads to uniform welding and also ensures safety of the operator and eradicates problems like burning skin that might result from continuous welding process. The unit functions on 380-415 volts 50-60 hz. AC (input supply). Plus, the system is controlled with Siemens make PLC system and a well designed motor drive. Jobs like clamping and de-clamping is pneumatically operated that leads to proper movement of welding torches.
