About Base Jack Welding Machine

Base Jack Welding Machine is an automatic machine that facilitates welding of base plate with pipe without the presence of any visible joints between them. Besides, these machines are designed to give high production and maximum accuracy to product. The range of Base Jack Welding Machine we offer can be used to weld solid jacks, tie rods, hollow jacks with the base plate.

Usually, the Base jack are used in conjunction with the Cuplock welding to create a structure. These machines are so made that they enhance the overall production and the quality of welding on solid threaded bar & hollow threaded pipes. The machines have great efficiency and can weld up to 1200 pieces in a time span of 10 hours continuously. These machines also eliminates requirement of welding tag pipe or solid with the base plate & u-base. In case there is an ovality, the machine can easily adjust. It is suitable and ideal for use in length 300mm-1000mm and sizes can vary from 28mm to 48mm. The length adjustment can be done with screw drive.
